Trans Am, Day 73: Walden, CO to Saratoga, WY

Goodbye, Colorado. Hello, Wyoming!

Last night it rained for hours, so I am happy to stay indoors tonight, but it didn’t start until just after I finished setting up my tent. Likewise, today it started raining almost exactly when I stopped for the day!

The first thing I noticed was that Wyoming has wide shoulders. The second thing I noticed is that there are fewer mosquitoes! I expected it to be flatter, though 😁.

Welcome to Wyoming!

Anthony and Satish. Anthony is doing the full TransAm eastward, and Satish is doing a short segment. Anthony is from Trinidad and Tobago, and Satish is from India, and his wife works at the UN.
